Wow its been awhile….

So Im back on my plan doing weight watchers this time, I think what got me was my kids say Mom you always stop after 2 days why? Ive been on it 8 days and I love it!!! Im still getting my exercise routine down but we have a exercise room in the basement now so there’s no excuses. I will do this I dont even have fast food cravings anymore and Im feeling so much better about myself :)

Starting over and my wake up call….

Well I have been advoiding this site since I have been overeating and not exercising like I should. I have maintained the weight loss I did have but not sure how. I really need to stop pretending that something isnt wrong I am unhealthy and depriving my children of the true mother they should have.

I had a true wake up call this weekend I went on a family getaway with my husband and children. I went to a place called the sand dunes and I barely could get to the top. I was out of breath and all sweaty once I finally did reach the top. I had my 6 year old son next to me saying you can do this mommy. On top of it I kept saying mommy cant shes too fat and he says well mommy why not lose some weight. I got big tears in my eyes and knew its time this is absurd I have to do something. This is all I have thought about for 2 days and I really really have to do this for myself and my family. I cant do this and today is the start……

Day 7

Well I made it to the gym today I did 20 minutes on Stair Climber and 10 on Arc Trainer. I was so tired this morning though the baby woke up at 3:30am and wanted to eat which is very unusual for him. Also, I just couldnt get into a deep sleep so Im exhausted today even the gym didnt wake me up completely which it usually does. Im gonna try to walk the neighborhood 3 times today to make my workout 1 hour since I only did 30 minutes at the gym.

 I definately need to get in more water though! My #1 goal today is more water!! Im also gonna attach my food log so that its viewable to the public and I can be accountable and if anyone has suggestions plz let me know.

 Well Im off to do housework will check in after lunch….

Wow I need to get back on track.

I have had two days of nothing but binge eating and its horrible!!! I worked so hard to get those 5lbs off and Im not going back up to 240 agian. Tomorrow is a new day and Im really gonna focus.

Its been almost 1 week and Im down 5lbs!!!

Well I didnt get to blog over the weekend I threw a baby shower for 2 of my girlfriends and it was very busy. I managed to still make it to the gym though :-) I did 45 minutes on Saturday on the elliptical and I did 40 minutes on the Arc Trainer today along with mowing my grass (whoa hard work but I do it once a week). I have been eating good we had to eat out over the weekend but whatever I ordered I only ate half and boxed the other half for another meal. At the baby shower I did well eating and it was only snacky foods so it worked well. I was so thrilled yesterday when I seen 235 I was jumping up and down! I really am doing it this time and didnt stop after one week. Hubby is going out of town tomorrow so I will have to take baby to the stroller strides class on Tuesday so he doesnt have to go to daycare. That is all for now….I am happy with my progress!!!

Day 4!!

Well I had a rough day yesterday and frankly I didnt even log my food because it wasnt the best. I have to learn to come clean even if its bad and log it to see were I can improve. Although, I did exercise alot including the gym and walking/jogging the neighborhood 3 times.

I got up at 7am this morning and went agian but my feet were killing so I only did 40 minutes (which is still wonderful) on the elliptical. I know that once I lose this weight my feet wont hurt because the last time I lost alot of weight the same thing occured. I also did some weights this morning, Ive been thinking maybe in the early evenings I will hit the gym for strength training. Im off to do my morning walk around the neighborhood.

I havent weighed in yet but will do so when I shower.

I weighed 236.5!!! Yay!

 I woke up and went to the gym yet agian this morning. I almost didnt go my knees were killing from yesterdays running but my husband pushed me and said go it will make you feel alot better. So I went it does give me so much more energy! My knees and body did start feeling better once I got there and loosened up a bit. So I walked/jogged for 47 minutes jogging 2 minutes and walking 1 minute intervals. My biggest challenge today is to go out of the house to a playdate and control my eating. I never have a problem with exercising I actually really enjoy it my real problem is fast food and absolutely loving food all together. So we are headed to jungle java which is a playland for babies and kids but they do serve healthy entrees so Im sure I will get something good.

Goals today

*Drink more water

*Be good while at jungle java

*Walk with Jayan in the morning and evening

I lost 2lbs and went to the gym this morning!!!

So I lost 2lbs….thats right 2 lbs!!! Yay! So I got up this morning and went to the gym agian and I pushed myself I worked out on the treadmill for an hour doing jog 2 minutes walk 1 minute and I did this for 1 hour straight. I feel great! Im getting ready to take Jayan for our morning walk since its sopposed to rain today. We have that bender ball coming in the mail sometime soon so hopefully that helps me lost some belly fat. I should use my ab lounger alot more than I do though.

Breakfast- Mango and Pineapple Protein shake(189 cals and 1g of fat) and string cheese

Goals today-

*Eat carefully (hubbies going to office so thats when I usually overeat)

*Drink lots of water

*Think positive

 Alright! I walked/jogged around the neighborhood with Jayan pushing his stroller (woah heavy) and I measured it with my car afterwards and it was .7 miles for 1 time and I did it 3 times. So thats 3.5 miles at the gym and 2.1 miles here at home but lets just say my legs are like gel now and Im exhausted! I feel good but on the other hand it hurts yah know?

 Lunch was a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat and Progresso Vegtable Soup

Dinner-3 hard shell Tacos

Snacks-1.5 boiled Egg and 1 Skinny cow ice cream sandwich :-)

Day 2….I made it to my 7am appt at the gym.

I made it to the gym this morning! I woke up to the alarm clock buzzing, my darling husband saying good morning sunshine head to the gym and my baby in playing in his crib. It was a wonderful thing to wake up to! I went to the gym did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the arc trainer. I then went and sat in the nice hottub and relaxed since I didnt have the baby in daycare to worry about and it was very rewarding. I feel so good since I got up and went and now Im gonna take Jayan for our morning walk around the neighborhood. Hubby started his new job yesterday working from home so he will be here for all meals with me now YAY!!!!

 Breakfast-1 string cheese, 1 boiled egg and 1 slice of toast.

We made it for our walk and we might even go for another one this evening. Im going to try to do 50 ab reps on the ab lounger after Jayan goes to bed.

Lunch-1 cup of ravioli and a grilled cheese on wheat

Snacks-1 cup of watermelon, 1 pack of 100 calorie lorna doones, 1 apple, 1 skinny cow ice cream

Dinner-1 cup of pad thai (homemade)

 Exercise-3 miles walking outside (1 mile exact around my neighborhood we did it 3 times) Also, 30 minutes on elliptical and 15 on Arc Trainer

 CALORIES-1,273

My first day….

Well day 1 went well I didnt get to go to the gym because it was storming and I didnt want to take the baby out in the rain then it got late and hubby got to go instead blah. I told him tomorrow morning Im getting up at 7am while he stays with the baby so I can go. The baby can attend daycare at the gym but it seems like everytime I leave him there he gets so upset and cries for the whole hour Im gone.

Calories for today-1,208 and 22 fat

 Im setting my alarm clock and Im hitting the gym in the morning!!!! Thats my #1 goal!!!
