I made it to the gym this morning! I woke up to the alarm clock buzzing, my darling husband saying good morning sunshine head to the gym and my baby in playing in his crib. It was a wonderful thing to wake up to! I went to the gym did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the arc trainer. I then went and sat in the nice hottub and relaxed since I didnt have the baby in daycare to worry about and it was very rewarding. I feel so good since I got up and went and now Im gonna take Jayan for our morning walk around the neighborhood. Hubby started his new job yesterday working from home so he will be here for all meals with me now YAY!!!!
Breakfast-1 string cheese, 1 boiled egg and 1 slice of toast.
We made it for our walk and we might even go for another one this evening. Im going to try to do 50 ab reps on the ab lounger after Jayan goes to bed.
Lunch-1 cup of ravioli and a grilled cheese on wheat
Snacks-1 cup of watermelon, 1 pack of 100 calorie lorna doones, 1 apple, 1 skinny cow ice cream
Dinner-1 cup of pad thai (homemade)
Exercise-3 miles walking outside (1 mile exact around my neighborhood we did it 3 times) Also, 30 minutes on elliptical and 15 on Arc Trainer
